About Us.
Our founder, Steve Pell has over 25 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor in the property market. His experience includes managing a property portfolio in excess of £200 million, adding millions of pounds of value by active Asset Management strategies and development, as well as managing over 1,000,000 sq ft of commercial property throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Today, we own a number of properties throughout the country. and specialise in residential properties: from family buy to lets, and houses of multiple occupation (HMOs), to service accommodation and holiday lets. We also offer advice on Commercial property,

Mission
Our mission is to provide amazing living accommodation for our wonderful tenants. We believe that we have accomplished this.

Our longer term mission is to provide 1,000 quality, safe homes for people to live in.
